Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for setting up, running, and maintaining printing presses to produce high-quality packaging and labels. Prior printing or manufacturing experience is required, and we will provide full training on our specific machine lines and processes to help you succeed and grow!Key Responsibilities Press Setup & Operation: Learn, set up, calibrate, and operate mechanical and servo-driven presses per job specifications. Prep & Tooling: Mount plates, change/clean anilox rolls, install doctor blades, and set print registration. Ink & Color Control: Monitor ink viscosity and pH levels; perform color checks to maintain consistent print quality. Quality Assurance: Inspect running material continuously for visual defects, alignment, and color accuracy. Maintenance & Care: Perform routine operator preventive maintenance and clean workstation components. Safety: Adhere strictly to facility safety guidelines, wear required PPE, and maintain a clean 5S workspace. What We Are Looking For Experience: Prior experience in printing manufacturing, packaging, or converting environments. Trainability: strong work ethic with an eagerness to learn specialized press equipment through provided training. Detail & Aptitude: Sharp eye for visual quality, ability to read job tickets, and basic mechanical understanding. Physical Capability: Ability to work a 12-hour rotational shift, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
