job summary: JOB FUNCTION AND SCOPE Manage the company's complex server and desktop infrastructure, as directed by the corporate IT. Responsible for daily server and backup management, hardware and software, printers, end-user support, hotline, budget preparations and correspondence ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Hardware (10%) Research, evaluate, test, and recommend hardware and data network solutions with guidance from corporate IT. Monitor and maintain Servers and Desktop/Laptop Systems taking corrective action as required. Implement and support complex PCs and LAN networks throughout the organization. Work with vendors for the pricing and purchase of server/pc hardware, network hardware, and server/pc software. Assists with WAN/LAN support as needed.
