In this role, you'll work closely with company leadership, gaining significant exposure to complex accounting operations and contributing to our commitment to professional excellence.salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilities Support the day-to-day financial activities, cash reports, and cash flow analysis, all tax compliance, reporting, and related footnotes, project accounting and financials, and monthly, quarterly consolidated financial statements of the company, to include public company filings. Develop and implement improved internal audit control policies, procedures, and financial planning as needed and support and manage automation of key aspects of payables, reporting related processes, and some ad-hoc reporting. Implement accounting policies and procedures that adhere to governmental financial and tax regulations and comply with GAAP and IFRS standards. Oversee accounting close processes and reporting. Evaluate accounting processes and systems and implement optimizations. Update and maintain accounting policies and operations. Manage payment of vendor invoices to ensure timely payment. Manage processing accounts receivable and collection of payments. Maintain cash report, cash flow, and funding balances. Maintain an organized filing system of all accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank statements, account reconciliations. Prepare and organize financial statements for senior management. Assist with financial reports for public company accounting, Assist in the management of budgets and forecasts.
