Act as the primary point of contact for dealers, providing assistance with product details, technical requirements, documentation, and inquiries. Conduct regular dealer visits to provide support, deliver training, and collect valuable market insights. Represent the brand at regional events and client meetings, ensuring a high standard of professionalism. Support planning and execution of training sessions, sales meetings, and industry events such as boat shows. Support sales efforts for a luxury yacht collection, working closely with the regional sales manager. Assist with the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and follow-up actions, while not directly handling final negotiations. Coordinate between international headquarters and local dealers to ensure timely and accurate communication. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to contribute to strategic decision-making.
