Manage financial aspects of position resolving disputes and verifying expenditures. Verify safety, scheduling and production results to ensure commitments are met. Ensure that operation remains in compliance with all applicable environmental standards. Ensure that a safe workplace is maintained, based on company policies and OSHA guidelines. Promote and measure performance of all personnel towards established objectives. Coach individuals to optimum performance building a broad candidate pool for future opportunities. Consult daily with all departments to effectively optimize production to ensure customer satisfaction. Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Accept responsibility for special projects from conception through implementation and verification of results. Maintain and manage all HUB related activities between operations, plants and maintenance to ensure total compliance with all company initiatives, including all initiatives of the State Operations Manager. Oversee and manage the Maintenance Manager and all related activities to achieve total compliance with the initiatives of the State Maintenance Manager. Work as an agent of change to move the maintenance culture to a proactive nature Oversee inventory controls to ensure accurate record keeping and total compliance with month end duties for Plant Supervisors.
