We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Lease Administrator to join our team and support the real estate accounting and compliance function. This position plays a critical role in managing lease obligations, maintaining accurate records, and supporting productive relationships with landlords and subtenants. The Lease Administrator will report to the Accounting Lease Supervisor and work closely with real estate managers and internal departments to ensure all lease terms and financial responsibilities are accurately maintained.Contract-to-Hire Compensation: $30-34/hr Location: Atlanta, GA 30339 - Onsite Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Real Estate, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate, lease administration, or paralegal roles. Analyze and interpret lease agreements, providing guidance to internal stakeholders regarding lease rights, obligations, and compliance issues. Review and audit lease-related invoices, statements, and documents to verify accuracy and adherence to lease terms. Negotiate and reconcile expense discrepancies with landlords or property managers, ensuring cost savings and proper documentation. Abstract lease information and maintain accurate data in the CoStar database, including payment terms, landlord contacts, and lease modifications. Process monthly rent charges, operating expense reconciliations, and ensure timely payments and reimbursements. Track sublease receivables and assist with COI, SNDA, and Estoppel document processing. Generate real estate reports and provide data to Real Estate Directors and Managers as needed. Support process improvement initiatives and assist the Accounting Lease Supervisor with development of procedures. Perform additional lease-related duties as assigned.
