We're looking for a skilled Production & Facility Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves both preventative and corrective maintenance on production machinery and general facility upkeep. The ideal candidate will have a good mechanical and electrical background and be committed to safety, efficiency, and quality.Key Responsibilities Perform routine and emergency maintenance on production equipment. Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues to minimize downtime. Carry out preventive maintenance procedures. Assist with the installation and setup of machinery. Maintain and repair facility infrastructure, including lighting, plumbing, and building structures. Document maintenance activities and repair histories. Collaborate with production staff to resolve mechanical issues. Comply with all company safety policies. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Requirements 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Good mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment. Ability to read mechanical schematics or wiring diagrams. Basic facility maintenance knowledge (lighting, plumbing, HVAC systems, etc.). Willingness to work independently or as part of a team. Willingness to be on-call or work overtime as needed. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED; technical certification is a plus.
