Participate in Safety Committee and Emergency Response Teams. Develop, evaluate, and implement procedures, instructions, and forms. Develop, track KPIs, and monitor department metrics. Address customer complaints, warranty claims, and product returns. Maintain and analyze quality/safety data; lead 8D and root cause sessions. Drive results through effective planning, evaluation, and decision-making. Conduct and coach quality audits, safety inspections, and Gemba walks. Manage non-conformance reports and corrective actions for improvement. Handle health & safety observations, near-misses, and injury investigations. Lead quality and safety improvement projects. Oversee in-process, final, and first article inspections. Manage reject logs, MRB meetings, and supplier follow-ups with purchasing. Recommend QC solutions and initiate Engineering Change Requests (ECRs). Maintain calibration of measurement tools and asset control compliance. Use mechanical inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.). Promote a safe, positive work environment aligned with EHS and OSHA. Work independently while reporting to QHSE Manager remotely. Travel occasionally (5–10%). Perform other duties as assigned. Must be able to lift 50 lbs alone or more with assistance.
