Founded in 1958, VSO is the world’s leading international development organization that utilizes volunteers to help combat poverty and reduce inequality in developing countries. VSO has been a worldwide partner with Randstad since 2004, and volunteers are given the opportunity to use their professional expertise to support a great program that makes a tangible difference to people everywhere.

Goodwill strives to enhance the dignity and quality of life of individuals and families by helping people reach their full potential through education, skills training and the power of work. Goodwill meets the needs of all job seekers by offering programs for youth, seniors, veterans and people with disabilities, criminal backgrounds and other specialized needs.

Hire Hope

Hire Hope is a program designed by Randstad to provide career-readiness training and job placement services to underserved and at-risk women. The population served includes survivors of exploitation or trafficking. Hire Hope is currently being piloted in Atlanta, Georgia and is executed in partnership with the Women's Academy, a charity focused on helping women develop the skills necessary to live independently and increase career-related competences.
