marc-etienne julien

Marc-Etienne Julien is the Chief Executive for Randstad North America and has been an integral part of Randstad since 2001. He was most recently Chief Talent Officer, focused on making Randstad a partner of choice for global talent, enhancing relevance, attractiveness and leveraging digitalization. Prior to this role, he was Canada’s CEO, where he introduced new business concepts with a view of expanding the portfolio of solutions and adding value for Randstad’s clients. In July 2020, he assumed the role of Managing Director, Global Talent, with a clear mission to enhance the talent experience and attract the right individuals to support our ambitious global objectives. His commitment to excellence across the talent acquisition spectrum led him to also take on the role of Global Perm Managing Director, all while executing his MD responsibilities.

He holds a degree in Business Administration from Bishop's University, and he served two years on the National Board of the Association of Canadian Search, Employment and Staffing Services (ACSESS), showcasing his dedication to our industry's growth and development.

He is the founder of the Ride for Myriam, a charitable bike ride created to honor one Randstad employee’s fight against cancer.

greg dyer

Greg leads Randstad's in-house services concept and enterprise strategic accounts team, where he is responsible for strategic commercial sales, client delivery and account management for many of Randstad's largest, most complex clients. Greg oversees a team of strategic account directors and in-house leaders and has a proven track record of establishing solid go-to-market strategies, setting and communicating clear vision and goals, and executing and delivering outstanding results in terms of growth and profitability. Under Greg's leadership, Randstad has significantly improved its strategic client delivery and fulfillment in many client staffing programs. Greg holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and an MBA in management from Brenau University.

jason flanders

Jason Flanders is the Chief Executive for Randstad Digital Americas & US Professional Talent Solutions. He is passionate about enabling business leaders to drive innovation and growth with the right talent at the right time, leveraging Randstad’s world-class global talent engine and flexible solutions model.

With over 20 years of industry experience and a proven track record of leading high-performing, high-growth staffing and consulting organizations spanning professional services and technology, Jason leads the North American business for Randstad Digital and its Global Delivery Centers, in addition to Randstad’s Professional specialization in the US.

Jason is based in Charlotte, NC, with his wife and is the proud father of two adult children. A graduate of Clemson University, he credits his time in athletics for his collaborative and high-energy leadership style, working closely with his teams and clients to drive results. Jason remains involved with many professional associations on the national and chapter level, and enjoys keeping a pulse on how companies are leveraging AI, the broader labor market and talent trends, and has served as a guest speaker and contributor for a variety of news publications, including The Wall Street Journal.

anthi nardi

As an effective business leader responsible for sales and operations, Anthi engages, mentors, motivates, develops and grows market teams with a powerful human touch and customer centricity.

Since joining Randstad in 2001, Anthi has extensive experience in the management of branch network and on-site account teams, and significant experience in strategic development of employees at all levels from new hire to executive-level field leaders. She has proven ability to drive financial productivity through new account acquisition, retention and growth of existing customers, operational efficiency, process improvement, and continuous training and development of direct reports.

She holds an MBA in Human Resources from the University of New Haven in CT and is an active member of the SHRM Chapter, Human Resources Association of Central Connecticut.

jay ferguson

Jay oversees legal affairs of Randstad's U.S. and Canadian operations. He is responsible for identifying risks and potential liabilities and developing pragmatic solutions to protect and preserve Randstad's legal, ethical and financial integrity and corporate reputation. Ferguson was previously honored with the award for best General Counsel in the "large company" category of Corporate Counsel Awards sponsored by Atlanta Business Chronicle and the Association of Corporate Counsel's Georgia chapter. Prior to joining Randstad, Ferguson was a partner with the international law firm Duane Morris LLP.

dawn mcauliffe

Dawn is responsible for leading sales and business enablement (operations) for Randstad North America. With over 25 years of industry experience, she leads change management, training & development, as well as communications. She is responsible for the evolution of the go-to-market model and sales approach. Dawn is passionate about the talent experience and their journey throughout their career, the tools and development that Randstad can provide to them to obtain their goals. Dawn holds a Masters in Human Resources from Suffolk University in Boston.

penny palmer

Penny Palmer is the Chief Financial Officer for Randstad North America, bringing over 30 years of experience in FP&A, Finance Operations, Accounting, and Revenue Quality, partnering with executive leadership to drive results. Penny joined Randstad in 2008 and has been a key contributor in major projects helping to drive growth, profitability, and change management within the organization. She has a deep knowledge of the business models and a passion for financial and data analytics.

She holds a degree in Business Management from Georgia State University and has participated in executive management programs at Emory University, London Business School and Tias.

Penny resides in Marietta, GA with her husband. She loves to spend time outdoors hiking and camping with her two dogs, as well as playing with her young grandchildren. Penny served on the board of directors of an Atlanta non-profit - Literacy Action for 7 years and is an active volunteer within her church and in organizations such as Hire Hope, Junior Achievement, and Cobb County River Keepers.

melinda randolph

Melinda is a staffing industry professional with 35 years at Randstad in sales/recruiting management as well as HR. As EVP, NA Human Resources and member of the NA Leadership Team, she thrives on developing others and seeing them reach their true potential.

She is the strategic HR partner to the NA Operational Talent Solutions and Professional Talent Solutions businesses, as well as Spherion, and oversees the HR Shared Services for all lines of business.

Her HR expertise extends into the Atlanta community through her involvement as a Human Resource Leadership Forum member. Outside of Randstad, Melinda enjoys time with family, friends, and volunteering.

heather miller

Heather Miller is the North American Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Randstad, the world’s leading talent company, which aims to be the world’s most equitable and specialized talent company. She brings over 20 years of experience in leading digital strategy and execution at Fortune 200 companies.

As North American CIO at Randstad, Miller leverages the latest technology to drive transformational change at Randstad, including evolving the organization's business operating model, technology, and platform landscapes that serve talent and clients across 39 markets. She has extensive experience modernizing legacy tech stacks with large-scale cloud and SaaS solutions, leading digital innovation and product delivery teams, and supporting security remediation efforts for corporate breaches.

Beyond Randstad, she is passionate about supporting the advancement of women in leadership roles in technology. Miller currently serves as a mentor for Pathbuilders and actively participates in 100 Women at UNC Kenan-Flagler. She earned a BS in Computer Science from NC State, and her MBA from UNC Chapel Hill.
