Traci is responsible for the strategic direction and business operations for Randstad North America. With over two decades of industry experience, Traci is recognized for conceptualizing many key sales, operational and digital innovations within Randstad and successfully leading teams to turn those innovations into successful businesses. Traci holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and has been recognized by Staffing Industry Analysts in their Global Power 100 Women in Staffing and North America Staffing 100 lists.
Marc-Etienne Julien is the incoming Chief Executive for Randstad North America and has been an integral part of Randstad since 2001. He was most recently Chief Talent Officer, focused on making Randstad a partner of choice for global talent, enhancing relevance, attractiveness and leveraging digitalization. Prior to this role, he was Canada’s CEO, where he introduced new business concepts with a view of expanding the portfolio of solutions and adding value for Randstad’s clients. In July 2020, he assumed the role of Managing Director, Global Talent, with a clear mission to enhance the talent experience and attract the right individuals to support our ambitious global objectives. His commitment to excellence across the talent acquisition spectrum led him to also take on the role of Global Perm Managing Director, all while executing his MD responsibilities.
He holds a degree in Business Administration from Bishop's University, and he served two years on the National Board of the Association of Canadian Search, Employment and Staffing Services (ACSESS), showcasing his dedication to our industry's growth and development.

Patrick Poulin is the President and Managing Director at Randstad Canada. He joined Randstad in 2005 as a staffing consultant and has since held various positions in business development and leadership. Previously, he was Group President for the Engineering and Staffing divisions, where he consistently increased profitability and market share. He has solid experience in scaling profitable businesses while maintaining a human-centred approach and is deeply involved in charitable causes like the annual Randstad Ride for Myriam.
Rebecca Rogers Tijerino is Group President of Spherion Staffing & Recruiting and Randstad USA’s Manufacturing & Logistics division, and has been a member of the executive team since 2019. Rebecca has led successful teams in the staffing and recruiting industry since 1997, and previously served as Chief Sales Officer for Adecco, CEO of Astadia, and CEO of The Intersect Group. Rebecca is focused on strong growth — not just of the company she leads, but the growth and development of her teams. Under her leadership, Spherion has become America’s most awarded staffing and recruiting brand. Rebecca holds dual BAs from Carroll University in Business Administration and in Psychology and has been recognized by Staffing Industry Analysts in their North America Staffing 100 list and as one of the 50 Women of Wonder in Franchising.
Dominic Levesque, President for Tatum and Randstad Business Professionals. An influential leader in the field of talent solutions and human capital management, he finds the ever-changing workforce and the people who are part of it fascinating. In addition to writing numerous articles on business, HR management, and industry trends that will transform the workplace, he is a conference speaker and published author of the book "The Wav Model." Dominic is a musician and avid sports enthusiast who discovered at a young age his strong desire to perform and win. He loves to challenge the status quo in order to create more value and has a passion for building things, innovation, developing high-performing teams and engaging cultures.
Greg leads Randstad's in-house services concept and enterprise strategic accounts team, where he is responsible for strategic commercial sales, client delivery and account management for many of Randstad's largest, most complex clients. Greg oversees a team of strategic account directors and in-house leaders and has a proven track record of establishing solid go-to-market strategies, setting and communicating clear vision and goals, and executing and delivering outstanding results in terms of growth and profitability. Under Greg's leadership, Randstad has significantly improved its strategic client delivery and fulfillment in many client staffing programs. Greg holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and an MBA in management from Brenau University.
Dawn is responsible for leading sales and business enablement (operations) for Randstad North America. With over 25 years of industry experience, she leads change management, training & development, as well as communications. She is responsible for the evolution of the go-to-market model and sales approach. Dawn is passionate about the talent experience and their journey throughout their career, the tools and development that Randstad can provide to them to obtain their goals. Dawn holds a Masters in Human Resources from Suffolk University in Boston.
Patricia Quintero is Senior Vice President of Products focused on driving growth by translating the business objectives into a winning strategy for technology and process ultimately creating differentiation in the market. Patricia joined Randstad in 2018 with 16 years of experience in innovative process and technology transformation, RPO client delivery, corporate operations, and client and talent acquisition. Patricia holds degrees in Business Administration in International Business and Finance from the University of Georgia.
Jay oversees legal affairs of Randstad's U.S. and Canadian operations. He is responsible for identifying risks and potential liabilities and developing pragmatic solutions to protect and preserve Randstad's legal, ethical and financial integrity and corporate reputation. Ferguson was previously honored with the award for best General Counsel in the "large company" category of Corporate Counsel Awards sponsored by Atlanta Business Chronicle and the Association of Corporate Counsel's Georgia chapter. Prior to joining Randstad, Ferguson was a partner with the international law firm Duane Morris LLP.
As chief financial officer of Randstad North America, Denise directs the company’s business control (FP&A), business services, accounting, risk, internal audit, tax and legal functions. Denise provides business advisory, strategic planning, operations and financial management services to Randstad’s integrated staffing solutions. In her role as CFO, she aligns and enhances business performance by delivering insight to further company growth in the market. She also defines the financial planning and analysis process to be strategic and commercially focused.
Alan is responsible for leveraging digital tools, big data and artificial intelligence to create industry leading solutions. He is also instrumental in integrating the company’s marketing strategies with its sales and delivery approach. Alan has a strong focus on digitizing processes and improving interactions with clients, talent and employees to help them be successful in their interactions with the company. He looks to new products, social technology and analytics to move the company forward, and he plays an integral role in conceptualizing and implementing Randstad’s global infrastructure.
Spiro directs Randstad’s U.S. and Canadian marketing and communications function. A seasoned executive with years of marketing and communications experience, including tenure of more than 15 years with Randstad Canada, he is responsible for generating profitable growth and increasing market share through integrated marketing, digital, communications, branding and business development. Spiro is passionate about cultivating high-performing teams and delivering on Randstad’s brand promise — empowering people to achieve lifelong employability.

As chief diversity & inclusion officer for Randstad North America, Floss designs and implements equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility strategies and initiatives for Randstad and hundreds of Fortune 100 companies. She brings more than 20 years of experience working to support diversity and inclusiveness at all job levels. Most recently, Floss served as senior vice president, equity, diversity and inclusion for Randstad Sourceright where she focused on advancing the DEI&A goals of her global clients. Floss believes that diversity and inclusion must be woven into every aspect of the talent life cycle and that a workforce where everyone feels they belong is a more innovative, effective and productive one. Floss is a key partner in Randstad’s Hire Hope program and leads Randstad’s Transcend program.
