ATLANTA, GA — MAY 24, 2023 — Randstad announced today that Audra Jenkins, Randstad’s Global Chief Equity Officer, and Courtnie Barrett-Parks, Vice President, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Strategy at Randstad Sourceright, were recognized on the US and Canadian DE&I Influencers list  by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA). Now in its third year, the list celebrates “professionals who are leading the charge to create opportunities for the historically excluded communities in the workforce solutions ecosystem.”

As Global Chief Equity Officer for Randstad, Jenkins drives the equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging strategy for Randstad globally. This is her third consecutive year being named to SIA’s DEI Influencers list.

As Vice President of EDI&A Strategy at Randstad Sourceright, Barrett-Parks provides guidance and solutions that help organizations foster more diverse and equitable workplaces through their contingent talent management strategies across North America.

''Randstad is committed to driving equity both within our organization and through the support we provide to clients and partners. Our priority is to contribute to an equitable business environment across the globe in which individuals are able to reach their full potential, regardless of their background. Both Audra and Courtnie have been instrumental in developing industry-leading strategies and programs that have had measurable impacts, and I — and all of Randstad — congratulate them for being recognized by SIA for this achievement,'' said Sander van 't Noordende, CEO of Randstad.

The outstanding work of Jenkins and Barrett-Parks dovetails with other significant achievements across the organization in support of EDI&A. Most notably, for the fifth consecutive year, Randstad has been recognized as one of DiversityInc’s Top 50 companies for Diversity and Inclusion, landing in 19th place in 2023. This high ranking reflects measurable steps the organization has taken to ensure that everyone feels a sense of belonging at work.
