what you’ll own
- Drive new business development using outreach, networking, referrals, and social engagement
- Cultivate and deepen existing client relationships to expand partnerships and increase market share
- Build and execute short- and long-term sales strategies for your territory
- Present staffing solutions and create proposals that address client needs across finance, accounting, and BAO roles
- Negotiate staffing agreements, contracts, bill rates, and pay rates
- Maintain accurate CRM activity and pipeline visibility to support forecasting and KPIs
- Align with internal recruiting and delivery teams to ensure successful job fulfillment
- Stay ahead of market trends, talent insights, and competitor activity
- Partner with leaders across business lines to uncover cross-selling opportunities
- Ensure compliance with client-specific onboarding and regulatory requirements
