your role as the on-site workforce expert
You become an extension of the client’s HR and operations team. You understand their production goals, workflows, safety expectations, and talent needs. You build relationships with supervisors and managers across the facility, anticipate challenges before they appear, and drive workforce solutions that improve productivity and retention.
You’re present, proactive, and highly engaged — the person both talent and client leaders look to for guidance, answers, and partnership.

Your day blends talent management, operational oversight, and strategic partnership. You’re:
- Recruiting, screening, onboarding, and supporting high-volume talent
- Managing daily workforce operations and ensuring staffing levels meet production demands
- Coaching and advising talent while ensuring exceptional on-site experience
- Meeting with supervisors and client leaders to discuss staffing performance and upcoming needs
- Conducting business reviews and recommending workforce strategies
- Ensuring compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence
- Solving challenges quickly, professionally, and with a consultative mindset
You keep the workforce running — and the client’s operation moving forward.
