about the program

PwC's Welcome Back program, in collaboration with Randstad, helps talented professionals who had a career pause refresh their skills and relaunch their careers. During the program, participants will have the opportunity to learn about PwC's business, new technical and consulting skills, plus access the latest technologies and training. Participants will be able to experience what a career at PwC can offer, all while developing new skills and relationships.

    • Work with business stakeholders to understand their business needs.
    • Manage and communicate with the development team to design and implement solutions.
    • Lead to create an atmosphere of trust, and seeking diverse views to encourage innovation.
    • Answer questions, provide direction and coaching to others.
    • Execute engagements across various phases while maintaining consistency in relationships, quality of work and delivering value.
    • Display attention to detail in executing the work product of others to confirm quality standards.
    • Writing, communicating, facilitating working sessions, and presenting deliverables.

  • Demonstrates an interest in learning and performing in functional and/or technical capacities, which may include the following areas:

    • System application implementations, or other related efforts in SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce.
    • Use of PC applications (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project) and business levels of fluency to write, communicate, facilitate, and present.
    • Produce deliverables within a diverse, fast-paced environment, while collaborating effectively across teams.
