In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Strong prospecting and identifying and securing new business opportunities within an assigned territory.
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to exceed revenue and gross margin targets.
- Cultivating strong client partnerships through consultative sales, networking, and expert negotiation of staffing agreements.
- Leveraging market insights to anticipate client needs and expand our market share.
- Collaborating internally to deliver comprehensive staffing solutions.
What you'll bring:
- 2+ years of successful B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success in new business development.
- Proven ability to close deals and grow accounts.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand client operations.
