The Client Partner will be responsible for structuring, developing, and leading a high-performing sales operation within one of our largest portfolio accounts. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end sales lifecycle—from pipeline development and lead qualification to complex negotiations and closing. You will act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, helping them mitigate risks and solve critical business challenges through our purpose-built digital solutions. What You’ll Do:

Drive Revenue & Account Growth: Own the strategic growth plan for assigned accounts, driving pipeline development, revenue acceleration, and profitability across both professional services and managed solutions.

Act as a Trusted Advisor: Position Randstad Digital as a strategic IT partner by advising clients on digital transformation strategies, market disruptors, and risk mitigation.

Lead High-Performing Sales Operations: Guide and accelerate the sales process for Account Management (AM) pods to meet and exceed pipeline, acquisition, and revenue targets.

Manage Executive Relationships: Own key client interactions, alignment with strategic objectives, and global partnering opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with delivery, marketing, finance, and global offer teams to align the sales agenda, enhance portfolio offerings, and ensure flawless execution.

Champion Accountability: Foster a culture of ownership, execution excellence, and high performance across the Randstad Digital team.
What You Bring:

Industry Expertise: 10+ years of client-facing experience in a top-tier IT consulting firm, systems integrator (SI), or an account/engagement management role within the IT professional services and outsourcing sector.

P&L Ownership: Proven track record managing a client P&L greater than $10M, including rigorous financial reporting and metric assessment.

Digital Fluency: Deep understanding of modern technology trends, innovations, and digital transformation drivers.

Matrix Navigation: Exceptional ability to navigate large, complex, multi-dimensional matrix organizations and influence stakeholders through thought leadership and content.

Financial & Commercial Acumen: Strong grasp of revenue and profitability drivers, pricing models, and contract negotiations.

High EQ: Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to navigate complex client dynamics and build long-term, trust-based relationships.

Education & Tools: A bachelor’s degree is preferred. Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) is required.
Work Model: Randstad Digital operates on a hybrid work model. Candidates must comply with our hybrid work policies and guidelines; this position is not eligible for full-time remote work.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
