responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate comprehensive non-IT project plans for Our Client to ensure successful integration and goal accomplishment.
- Collaborate with management and marketing staff, and confidently present project proposals and findings to Our Client's partners.
- Build and mentor strong teams by recruiting, assigning work, and evaluating staff performance to maintain high competence levels.
- Analyze market demand, technology, and resource needs to effectively determine project feasibility and strategic resource allocation.
- Oversee the financial and design aspects of projects by reviewing contracts, cost estimates, and approving product design changes on behalf of Our Client.
