Perform daily recruiting activities for technology positions including reviewing resumes, phone screening, interviewing candidates, checking references in line with organization policies and governmental regulations, and possess full knowledge of Internet recruiting. This position focuses solely on Direct Hire (DH) accounts and talent Subject matter expert; specific sales role; project driven; exhibits technical skills.

- Screen and interview IT professionals to understand their needs and ensure qualifications meet customer needs
- Ensure paperwork for technology candidates is complete and in full compliance with organization policies and government regulations
- Maintain a steady pipeline of active candidates within core competencies
- Manage growth of new business and maintain existing business by initiating and developing strong relationships with contingent employees, permanently placed candidates and prospects to optimize quality of service and customer satisfaction
- Plan and manage personal business portfolio and margins according to agreed targets
- Erroneous decisions or recommendations would possibly result in delays and modifications to project/operations; possibly cause expenditure of time, human resources, and funds
- Frequent contact with equivalent level inter-organizational managers and customer representatives concerning projects, operational decisions, scheduling requirements or contractual clarification. Conducts briefings and technical meetings for internal and external representatives
- Act as liaison to Direct Hire talent population
- Partners with Account Managers and the entire fulfillment team to ensure that production and operational targets are met
What you need to bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 4 years of recruiting/staffing experience with a focus on IT and Technology population
- Proficient using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
- Ability to successfully interface with clients (internal and external)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to work within a team environment
- Ability to make decisions, take direction and execute a plan
- Detail orientation with follow-through shown in previous jobs
- Able to communicate with and present at the executive level
- Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to qualify and close deals
- Sales abilities along with market knowledge and/or product/technical expertise
