Randstad is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to join the headquarters of a premier, publicly traded corporation based in Las Vegas. Acting as one of the organization's primary data architect, you will bridge the divide between technical systems and strategic growth. This is a high-visibility leadership role focused on managing a premier team to deliver actionable insights that optimize enterprise operations and drive measurable revenue.

responsibilities:
- Oversee the full lifecycle of 2 - BI Analyst, including recruiting, onboarding, and continuous coaching to ensure technical excellence and alignment with organizational goals.
- Establish and enforce rigorous performance standards for BI systems, ensuring reporting accuracy and consistent data governance.
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-wide data warehouse systems and BI tools.
- SSIS: Troubleshoot and modify ETL packages for seamless data integration.
- SSAS: Optimize and update OLAP cube solutions to support multi-dimensional analysis.
- SSRS: Direct the design and deployment of comprehensive reporting solutions.
- Evaluate and implement emerging BI technologies to enhance the organizational toolkit.
- Partner with internal departments to translate business requirements into functional technical specifications.
- Manage data initiatives from conception to delivery, setting clear milestones and collaborating with stakeholders and external consultants.
- Develop and enforce audit and quality assurance processes to maintain absolute data integrity from source systems.
- Ensure all data practices comply with applicable laws, federal regulations, and internal control procedur
qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing BI solutions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft BI stack:
- T-SQL (Transact-SQL)
- MS SQL Server
- SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
- SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS)
- SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
- MS Visual Studio
- Proven experience translating complex data and technical concepts into concise, compelling strategic recommendations for Executive management and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to align BI strategy with core business priorities, drive multi-project coordination, and manage competing priorities effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and proactive problem-solving mindset, committed to continuous improvement, and a proven track record of effective, accountable decision-making in dynamic environments.
