The Opportunity
A premier, award-winning luxury custom home builder serving the Main Line for over 40 years is looking for a financial professional to lead our day-to-day operations. This isn't just a desk job-it's the Financial Command Center of our firm.
We are looking for a dedicated Full Charge Bookkeeper who is ready to take the next step in their career. As you master our project lifecycle and internal systems, this role is designed to evolve into a Construction Controller position, giving you full oversight of our financial health and strategy.

responsibilities:
The Impact You'll Make
- Lead the month-end closing process, including bank/credit card reconciliations, loan draw requests, and the preparation of vital financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet).
- Oversee vendor payments, subcontractor insurance compliance, and the collection of lien waivers to keep our projects moving smoothly.
- Work in lockstep with Project Managers to verify job progress, approve subcontractor draws, and update cost-to-complete projections.
- Manage the preparation of G702/G703 documents, ensuring all billings accurately reflect the artistry and completion percentage in the field.
- Navigate and maintain data integrity across both QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise and QuickBooks Online.
