Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry for both AP and AR functions.
- Assist with revenue and expense recognition tasks.
- Utilize Sage Intacct to set up contracts for income recognition.
- Manage prepaid asset accounts to ensure expenses are realized in the correct periods.
- Support the transition of workflows across the accounting department.
Requirements
- Mandatory: Previous professional experience using Sage Intacct.
- A solid understanding of the "whys" behind AP/AR—specifically revenue/expense recognition and prepaid assets.
- Ability to work independently with minimal hand-holding after initial training.
- Comfortable working in an East Coast (EST) time zone.
- Previous experience transitioning from QuickBooks to Sage is a plus, though not required.
