responsibilities:
- Lead Strategic Planning: Drive the annual budgeting and forecasting cycles, maintaining full financial oversight of designated business units.
- Optimize Reporting: Automate and manage critical analytical reporting to enhance departmental efficiency and data accuracy.
- Translate Data to Strategy: Convert complex financial and operational datasets into clear, actionable strategic recommendations.
- Develop Talent: Lead high-priority team projects while actively mentoring staff to elevate performance and technical skills.
- Facilitate Cross-Functional Projects: Spearhead complex initiatives requiring seamless collaboration between internal departments and external partners.
- Master Data Extraction: Expertly query and analyze data across multiple enterprise systems to support business intelligence needs.
- Ensure Operational Alignment: Monitor team outputs and proactively bridge service gaps to ensure all activities align with organizational goals.
- Deliver Executive Insights: Prepare and distribute comprehensive financial performance packages for senior leadership review.
- Provide Agile Decision Support: Offer timely, insight-driven analytical support to help department leaders make informed business decisions.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements that streamline financial workflows and operational results.
qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is required. Masters or an MBA is a plus.
- 3+ years of FP&A, finance, or a related discipline is required.
- Supervisory experience and reviewing the work of others is required.
- Strong project management skills to lead complex, cross-departmental projects.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with team members, leadership, and stakeholders.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel is required.
