- Strategic Decision Support: Prepares and presents financial analyses, multi-year strategic plan monitoring, and recommendations to senior management and officers to guide critical business decisions.
- Growth and Business Development: Provides senior-level financial direction, pro-forma development, and modeling for new growth opportunities, program lines, and joint ventures.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Leads the annual site budgeting process and the enterprise-wide 18-month rolling forecast cycle.
- Board and Executive Presentation: Reviews and presents detailed annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and financial reports for board approval and executive-level review.
- Financial Performance Analysis: Reviews monthly/quarterly actuals against forecasts, analyzes variances, and advises leaders on financial performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partners closely with Operations, Growth, and Accounting teams to facilitate understanding of financial drivers and support month-end closing processes.
- M&A and Investment Evaluation: Supports merger and acquisition efforts through financial evaluation, due diligence, and deal structuring, while reviewing stock or bond investment opportunities.
- Team Leadership and Management: Oversees daily activities, provides coaching, and conducts performance reviews for the FP&A team.
- Systems and Process Optimization: Drives initiatives to optimize financial systems and continuously improve management reporting.

Role Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance and 10 years of finance experience, with an MBA, CPA/CMA, NetSuite experience, and healthcare industry background required.
