POSITION OVERVIEW
The Senior Treasury Analyst will play a pivotal role in managing the company's liquidity, mitigating financial risks, and supporting the full life cycle of global procurement and distribution operations. This is a highly visible, hands-on role requiring a self-starting professional who can operate independently with minimal ramp-up time. The successful candidate will design, optimize, and oversee critical treasury functions-ranging from robust cash flow forecasting and foreign exchange (FX) risk management to credit administration and corporate insurance programming.

responsibilities:
- Responsible for building and maintaining weekly and long-range cash flow models, while tracking daily AR/AP processes to ensure steady operational liquidity.
- Monitors and reports on foreign exchange (FX) exposures and assists in executing transactional hedging activities.
- Coordinates Letters of Credit (LCs) with banking partners and prepares standard treasury, banking, and compliance reports for management and lenders.
- Manages customer credit files, monitors credit limits, and supports Accounts Receivable workflows including customer risk assessment and follow-up activities.
- Supports the annual corporate insurance renewal process, assists with claims processing, and collaborates with the Accounting team on contract administration.
- Strong Excel skills with an interest in automating manual reports; experience using ERP systems and exposure to ERP upgrades or transitions.
qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, with 4+ years of practical experience in Treasury Operations or Corporate Finance (international business is a plus).
- A reliable, organized self-starter who communicates effectively, manages routine and ad-hoc requests efficiently, and works well in a fast-paced environment.
