responsibilities:
- Ensure Documentation Excellence: Meticulously review quality system documents for adherence to Good Documentation Practices (GDP), providing essential feedback and requesting corrections to uphold the highest standards.
- Facilita te Document Flow: Collaborate closely with document owners to gather necessary information and documentation, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Maintain Pristine Records: Accurately maintain document control records, including precise scanning and systematic filing upon completion, to ensure easy retrieval and compliance.
- Process Change Requests: Thoroughly review submitted document change requests, verifying compliance with established cGMP and other relevant regulatory standards, and guide document owners through the correction process.
- Optimize Electronic Documentation: Assist in the efficient processing of documentation changes within the electronic document control system, ensuring all quality documents and records are accurately captured, evaluated, and processed in a timely manner to meet departmental goals.
- Support Quality Operations: Provide comprehensive support to the Document Control department, contributing to various activities that maintain an organized and compliant documentation system.
- Administrative Support: Perform additional administrative duties as needed to support the Quality organization, which may include retrieving, filing, organizing, and cataloging critical records.

Required:
- High School Diploma.
- At least one (1) year of work experience in a business operation, demonstrating diverse duties and increasing responsibility.
- Proven experience with electronic documentation systems.
- Basic understanding of scientific principles and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with routing documents, managing shipments to third-party storage, and data entry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage workflows and upload documents efficiently.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
- An Associate's (2-year) or Bachelor's (4-year) degree.
- Prior administrative experience.
- Experience with the digitalization of documents (scanning).
- Experience with inventorying paper documents.
- Familiarity with Mango or other Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
