We're looking for a Lead GxP Life Science Equipment Engineer to join our team and oversee service delivery for critical research and manufacturing (GxP) equipment at pharmaceutical facilities. In this role, you'll coordinate a team of engineers, manage service schedules, and ensure timely completion of maintenance, calibration, and validation tasks.

responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate a site engineering team for service delivery.
- Schedule and ensure timely completion of service events.
- Generate daily/weekly service reports and track KPIs.
- Perform planned maintenance, repairs, and qualifications on multi-vendor lab instruments.
- Manage customer relationships and provide exceptional service.
- Train and mentor Life Science Engineer colleagues, particularly on complex instrumentation.
- Ensure strict compliance with 21 CFR Parts 210, 211, 11, 820, ISO17025, and customer SOPs.
qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with life science laboratory equipment in both R&D and GxP environments.
- Thorough understanding of GxP regulations (21 CFR Parts 210, 211, 11, 820) and ALCOA+ data integrity principles.
- Experience with life science laboratory equipment (e.g. water purification, scales/ balances, centrifuges, freezers/LN2 storage units/refrigerators, incubators, and humidity chambers, high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC / UPLC), and fast protein liquid chromatography, or equivalent instruments)
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply statistical principles to equipment calibration/qualification.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
