Are you a seasoned project manager with a passion for operational excellence in pharmaceutical manufacturing? We're looking for someone to lead readiness efforts for a major modernization initiative at a cutting-edge drug substance facility.

responsibilities:
- Drive business process mapping sessions
- Build and manage project schedules
- Lead documentation updates and ensure adherence
- Collaborate across matrix teams to assess EBR (Electronic Batch Record) impacts
qualifications:
- 6+ years of Project Management experience in within Pharma or Biotech.
- Demonstrated experience working within a highly regulated, compliance-driven setting (pharmaceutical industry).
- Strong background in Manufacturing Electronic Systems (MES) and Electronic Batch Records (EBR) implementation Projects (Non-Negotiable).
- Experience with PMBOK/PMI principles and tools like MS Project & Smartsheet.
- Proven success leading Operational Readiness elements of projects.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration in matrixed teams.
- Organized, and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite of products.
