responsibilities:
- Leading business process mappings / process flows (current vs future state) including Visio build outs. Translation into actions for establishing new operational state
- Lead tracking and adherence to plan for documentation updates
- Tracking and leading workstream activities for various operational elements to support operational. Includes leading meetings, capturing meeting notes, actions items, status updates.
- Generation of weekly progress dashboards on workstreams
- Assist with schedule build out, gathering weekly status updates, leading workstreams to plan. Identification of schedule risks, mitigations.
- Generation, update, status report out of readiness task trackers
- Strategy development supporting functional review sessions and management of these sessions to plan
- Facilitation and ability to lead teams to decisions, actions, risk development in working sessions
qualifications:
Experience & Background (Non-Negotiable)
- Industry Experience: 6-7 years minimum in a Pharma/Drug Substance manufacturing environment.
- Project Management: 3-4 years of "true" PM experience (scheduling, action items, RAID logs).
- Operational Readiness: Proven ability to transition a facility from project phase to operational state (vs. Operational Excellence/Process Improvement).
- MES/EBR Exposure: Direct experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems or Electronic Batch Record implementation/migration.
- Matrix Success: Proven ability to drive results within a complex, cross-functional matrix team.
Required:
- Excel & Smartsheet Mastery: This is a data-heavy role; expert-level proficiency is required for tracking and dashboards.
- Process Mapping: Proficiency in Visio for "Current vs. Future State" mapping.
- PM Tools: MS Project, Think-Cell, and formal PMI/PMBOK methodologies.
- Documentation: Ability to build and maintain Project Charters, RAID logs, and Status Dashboards.
- Specific Software: Experience with Syncade or PassX (PassX lab experience is acceptable).
- Education: 4-year degree in Engineering, Sciences, or a Technical field.
