The Senior Manager, Insights & Analytics is an individual contributor role within the US Insights team. This position partners closely with the US Brand team to lead insights for a brand or key initiatives and translate data into tactical actions. The role is filled in one primary lane, either primary market research or secondary analytics, with working knowledge of the other, enabling integrated recommendations and strong stakeholder partnership.

- This role requires deep expertise in one primary focus area, with working knowledge of the other:
- Option 1: Primary market research (methods and vendor led studies), with working knowledge of secondary data.
- Option 2: Secondary analytics (claims, specialty pharmacy, IQVIA or market data) and performance insights, with working knowledge of primary research.
- Lead insights workstreams for a brand/initiative, aligned to brand priorities and decision points.
- Apply deep expertise in your primary lane (research or analytics) to answer business questions and drive recommendations.
- Bring the voice of the customer into planning by translating patient/HCP needs into actionable implications.
- Synthesize findings across sources (primary research and/or secondary data) into concise, business-oriented insights.
- Independently scope and execute projects end-to-end (approach, vendor management as needed, synthesis, and communication).
- Develop executive-ready storylines and PowerPoint deliverables; tailor messaging to stakeholder needs.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Forecasting/Analytics, Field/Omnichannel, Market Access) to translate insights into action.
- Support KPI and dashboard needs by clarifying questions, defining requirements, and translating results into decisions (with reporting partners).
- Contribute to Integrated Customer Planning (ICP) and budget planning with customer/market inputs that inform in-year execution.
- A practical problem-solver who can translate data into clear actions.
- A credible partner who builds trust across functions and adapts communication to the audience.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal guidance; strong ownership and follow-through.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver on timelines in a fast-moving environment.

Required:
- Bachelor's degree required (Business, Data Sciences, or related).
- 5+ years of experience in biotech/pharma or healthcare consulting in an insights, analytics, or market research role.
- Depth of experience in one primary competency area: (a) primary market research OR (b) secondary analytics.
- Demonstrated experience leading projects end-to-end (problem definition, approach, vendor coordination, synthesis, and communication).
- Strong synthesis and storytelling skills; ability to create concise, executive-ready PowerPoint deliverables.
- Working knowledge of common pharma datasets and how to apply insights to brand planning and field performance metrics.
- Master's (MBA/MS).
