Job Description - Field Analytics and Reporting
The Field Analytics and Reporting contractor will be responsible for key field analytics projects, KPI and reporting design including developing key insights to drive our business strategy, specifically our brand execution strategy. Working both reactively and proactively, this individual will be an integral partner to the Field Excellence Leads, Insights Leads as well as business field leadership, supporting current therapeutic areas as well as potential launches from a go to market, field deployment, and execution perspective. This individual will also partner closely with Brand Analytics team, and work at the direction of the Head, Field Analytics & Reporting, on large scale proactive analytics questions with potential to impact across multiple therapeutic areas. This individual will be responsible for proactively identifying areas of opportunity to drive greater business impact through our field strategy and execution.

- Leveraging analytical mindset and methodologies, investigate key business questions and challenges to inform a data-driven approach and response.
- Connect KPI design with field and HQ audience and propose frameworks that are simple and actionable to key partnering functions
- Gather and analyze data and build insights to respond to execution or performance challenges in a franchise, or to inform franchise leadership on the current go to market strategy and field deployment approaches.
- Proactively identify qualitative and quantitative data gaps that prevent key insights from being developed, work with appropriate stakeholders to propose solutions to those data gaps to drive increased ability to develop key insights.
- Manage the integration of key findings and metrics from analytics into Field-facing and HQ Power BI reporting
- You are driven to execute with high quality, and you communicate effectively. You enjoy being involved in what is happening and rolling up your sleeves to see a project succeed. You're able to confidently present your ideas to leadership because you listen and get feedback from stakeholders in all relevant roles and at all levels.
qualifications:
Required Skills
- Bachelor's Degree; Advanced Degree preferred
- 5+ years Commercial, Field Analytics and Reporting
- Understanding of roles that support pharmaceutical field strategy
- Commercial biotech/pharma experience
- Executive presence with experience presenting to VP+ stakeholders
- Detail oriented with a history of bringing projects to completion
- Strong comfort with analytics in Excel and working with Power BI developers to pull through updates and/or build new reports
