responsibilities:
- Perform analytical testing in support of occupational hygiene and environmental laboratory programs.
- Analyze, document, and troubleshoot assays using HPLC, LC/MS, GC, GC/MS, ELISA, and related techniques.
- Execute method development, optimization, validation, and verification processes.
- Conduct precise analysis of large molecule samples and complex matrices.
- Maintain rigorous quality system compliance, including adherence to standard operating procedures and accreditation policies.
- Manage investigations, deviation assessments, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive action activities.
- Ensure data integrity through accurate documentation, review, and reporting of results.
qualifications:
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Environmental Science, Occupational Hygiene, or a related scientific discipline.
- Proven experience in occupational hygiene, environmental analysis, or a related analytical laboratory environment.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with one or more of the following platforms: liquid chromatography, mass spectrometry, gas chromatography, ELISA, or large molecule analysis.
- Working knowledge of GxP principles and quality systems management.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
- Experience working in a highly regulated laboratory or quality-driven environment.
- Demonstrated familiarity with method development and validation procedures.
- Exposure to data analysis tools, automation, or emerging technologies that support laboratory efficiency.
- Experience or interest in applying generative AI tools in a scientific or operational context.
