We are seeking a reliable, high-energy Clinical Laboratory Associate to manage the critical first step of our diagnostic process. This is a 6-month contract with strong potential for extension, operating on a Tuesday through Saturday (9:30 AM - 6:00 PM) schedule.

responsibilities:
- Unpack, triage, and accession patient blood samples into the LIMS database with high accuracy.
- Troubleshoot sample issues and document corrective actions for system deviations.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and inventory according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor environmental conditions, including temperature recording and root cause analysis of deviations.
- Prioritize high-volume workloads to meet daily production goals and quality KPIs.
- Assist in the annual review and revision of laboratory SOPs and training documentation.
qualifications:
- Associates degree or High School Diploma
- 1-2 years experience in a clinical lab or medical lab setting
