We are seeking a quick learner and detail-oriented professional to support pivotal process development by generating high-quality analytical data. responsibilities:
- Execute analytical testing for product quality using assays such as Size Exclusion Chromatography (SEC), Titer, and Cation Exchange (CEX).
- Perform capillary electrophoresis techniques including rCE-SDS, nrCE-SDS, and cIEF to support process decisions.
- Maintain rigorous data integrity by documenting and reviewing results in electronic laboratory notebooks (ELN).
- Manage laboratory logistics, including sample receiving, equipment maintenance, and instrument troubleshooting.
- Author and verify technical documents and reports to communicate scientific data to stakeholders.
- Collaborate across functional areas to implement methods and ensure laboratory safety and compliance.
qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
- Proven ability to follow complex written procedures and maintain accurate, audit-ready records.
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet strict project timelines.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-focused mindset for a matrixed lab environment.
- Ability to work 100% onsite and adhere to all safety and PPE protocols.
- 0-2 years of laboratory experience (industry, academic, or internship).
- Hands-on experience with liquid chromatography (HPLC/UPLC) or capillary electrophoresis.
- Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting complex analytical results.
