Bench Scientist - II - First Shift

responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Execute laboratory-based experiments and ELISA/MSD assays to support research and development objectives.
- Prepare and characterize reagents, including antibody biotinylation and buffer preparation.
- Maintain rigorous documentation of experimental procedures and results in compliance with GLP and internal standards.
- Operate and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation, including potential use of Hamilton or Integra automation systems.
- Collaborate with project teams to interpret data and adapt scientific protocols in a fast-paced environment.
qualifications:
Required:
- Master's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Direct, hands-on experience running ELISA assays.
- Proficiency in basic laboratory skills (pipetting, buffer prep, and precise documentation).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, "change-agile" mindset.
- Ability to work 100% onsite in Pearl River, NY.
- Experience with the MSD platform.
- Knowledge of assay development concepts (antibody titration, optimization).
- Familiarity with laboratory automation and LIMS/electronic lab notebooks.
