Join a top-tier global pharma leader in Thousand Oaks, CA, as a Clinical Pharmacology Modeling & Simulation (CPMS) Specialist. This is an exceptional opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to support critical PK/PD data analysis. While local candidates who can commute 2-3x weekly are preferred, fully remote candidates will be considered for this 6-month contract.

responsibilities:
- Review and interpret source PK/PD datasets and dataset structures to ensure data integrity.
- Perform PK/PD data analysis and create high-quality tables, figures, and listings.
- Conduct rigorous quality control (QC) of data and text to ensure consistency with source documentation.
- Test, develop, and review common code and programming applications used for data handling.
- Author results in report-style formats, ensuring accuracy and scientific clarity.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
qualifications:
Required:
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Life Sciences
- 0-2 years of experience (Academia or Post-Grad) in a scientific research or life sciences environment
- Proficiency in R, R Studio, or SAS for data analysis and coding
- Strong familiarity with dataset specifications and data handling
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience with PK/PD data analysis
- Local residency in the Thousand Oaks area
