This role is a vital part of the Research & Development team, supporting the formulation and testing of innovative hair care products. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to contribute to the development of market-leading shampoos and treatments.

responsibilities:
- Prepare prototype shampoo formulas and compound batches according to strict laboratory records.
- Measure critical test parameters including pH, viscosity, density, and solid content.
- Operate and calibrate specialized equipment such as mixers, viscometers, and laboratory scales.
- Monitor and evaluate product stability under various temperature and light conditions over time.
- Maintain precise documentation of experimental data and stability observations in laboratory notebooks.
- Manage raw material inventory and maintain a sanitary, organized laboratory environment.
qualifications:
- Degree in a related discipline (Chemistry, Biology, etc.) and/or equivalent professional laboratory experience
- Foundational knowledge of complex laboratory techniques, equipment, and chemical terminology
