responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate drug substance and drug product stability programs within LIMS.
- Provide documentation support for laboratory instrument calibration, qualification, and maintenance.
- Oversee outsourced analytical testing activities and coordinate external vendor interactions.
- Assist with sample and material shipment coordination across functions.
- Partner with subject matter experts to track and troubleshoot laboratory and quality-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in strict alignment with GMP requirements
qualifications:
Required Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (B.S. or M.S.) in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related scientific discipline.
- Proven experience working within quality systems, including GMP.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data integrity and compliance.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multi-priority management skills.
- Experience supporting stability programs or quality control operations.
- Experience with instrument qualification, calibration, and maintenance coordination.
- Experience working with outsourced testing laboratories or external partners.
- Familiarity with analytical testing workflows in a regulated environment.
- Desirable experience in pharmaceutical and analytical development.
