responsibilities:
- Execute upstream manufacturing processes including fermentation, solvent-based recovery, and multi-stage chemical synthesis.
- Own and execute assigned production processes end-to-end, ensuring accurate process monitoring and technical troubleshooting.
- Prepare buffers and support in-house reagent production under strict safety protocols for cytotoxic materials.
- Support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives, process qualifications, and tech transfers.
- Author technical documentation, including SOPs, reports, and batch records.
qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of scientific principles and laboratory or manufacturing practices.
- Ability to learn complex technical processes and equipment.
- Flexibility to work standard day shifts with occasional early/late or weekend shifts as needed.
- Exposure to pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing.
- Knowledge of GMP environments.
