responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of critical tasks associated with the production of sterile biological pharmaceutical products.
- Execute precise laboratory procedures according to written standard operating procedures (SOPs) and strictly adhere to safety regulations.
- Maintain quality systems and strict cGMP compliance within a regulated clinical production environment.
- Work extensively within a controlled cleanroom environment, requiring full sterile gowning protocols.
- Identify and report any process deviations from accepted practices to ensure product integrity.
qualifications:
Required:
- High School Diploma with intermediate laboratory experience within a cGMP clinical production environment, OR a Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences with basic laboratory experience.
- 1-3 years of total relevant work experience.
- Ability to work a 12-hour rotating day shift (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM) and complete the mandatory 4-6 week training program on a Monday-Friday schedule.
- US Citizen or Permanent Resident (No visa sponsorship available).
- Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences.
- Previous cleanroom or sterile manufacturing experience.
