responsibilities:
- Perform finishing techniques, including buffing, polishing, grinding, deburring, and etching, on machined products.
- Load and unload medical and surgical instruments in a laser marking machining center.
- Utilize basic measuring equipment, including micrometers, calipers, scales, indicators, optical comparators, and video measurement systems.
- Conduct routine visual inspections to detect product defects and non-conformances against blueprints and quality specifications.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision.
qualifications:
- High School Diploma, Vocational Education, or equivalent.
- 2 to 4 years of experience reading blueprints and using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers).
- Developed technical skills in a mechanical or manufacturing setting.
- Proven ability to recognize and solve routine problems in the work area.
