responsibilities:
- Perform complex chemical analysis on raw ingredients, intermediates, and final products using advanced techniques (LC, LC/MS).
- Maintain, troubleshoot, calibrate, and conduct preventative maintenance on laboratory equipment and instrumentation.
- Conduct lab inspections to ensure compliance with internal quality systems and external certification requirements.
- Develop or validate laboratory test methods and analytical procedures to ensure exact reliability of results.
- Utilize the Formula Management System to enter formulas, run reports, and audit data for statistical process control.

Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a closely related scientific field.
- Hands-on experience or academic familiarity with laboratory instrumentation.
- Open to recent graduates with no prior industry experience.
- Understanding of analytical chemistry techniques (e.g., LC, LC/MS).
