responsibilities:
- Conduct routine quality control testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Utilize advanced analytical techniques including HPLC, ICP-MS, UV-Vis spectroscopy, dissolution, and flow cytometry.
- Perform microbiological testing methods and maintain strict aseptic techniques.
- Document and analyze all test results accurately in accordance with GDP requirements and SOPs.
- Participate in laboratory investigations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Molecular Biology, or a related scientific field.
- 3+ years of experience in a quality control laboratory environment within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- Strong working knowledge of cGMP, GLP, and quality management systems.
- Proficiency with LIMS, Microsoft Office, and analytical software.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
