responsibilities:
- Perform quality checks on diverse publications from preclinical to clinical stages.
- Act as the point person to process and track publications through the intellectual property review system.
- Liaise with authors, leadership, and IP legal to ensure teams meet strict timelines.
- Collaborate with authors to file compliance documents in appropriate internal systems.
- Manage operational compliance processes to enable vendor payments for sponsorships and memberships.
- Maintain and execute established processes for the R&D Discovery compliance training database.
qualifications:
Required Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience; database management skills with high attention to detail and exception resolution; ability to handle confidential info; strong interpersonal skills across management levels; independent document QC experience.
- Prior experience with IP review workflows, scientific publications, or vendor payment compliance.
