responsibilities:
- Conduct strategic in-person and virtual site visits (2-3 days/week per city) across Durham/Chapel Hill, Charlotte, and Charleston to expand product adoption.
- Engage key institutional stakeholders-including nurses, discharge planners, and pharmacists-within Infectious Disease and Oncology spaces.
- Autonomously execute territory growth goals, manage covered travel/expenses, and log all field activity precisely in Salesforce.
- Partner with a supportive internal team, aligning during weekly Friday calls to optimize regional market penetration.
qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree and at least 10 years of total pharma exp
- Prior experience, within the last 5 years, in this market calling on a combination of Duke, Chapel Hill, MUSC and Atrium
- Infectious Diseases or Oncology experience or connections in those spaces at the aforementioned institutions
- Proven ability to learn independently (Example: Can provide examples of initiatives they've started and carried out)
- Proficiency with SalesForce
- Connections with Director of Pharmacy & Bone Marrow transplant clinicians
