In this role, you will provide critical technical expertise in polymer chemistry processes, optimize chromatography column conditions, troubleshoot day-to-day manufacturing operations, and lead continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize polymer chemistry processes and chromatography column conditions to improve manufacturing efficiency, safety, and product quality.
- Provide real-time troubleshooting support to production operators, engineers, and quality teams to resolve process-related issues and deviations.
- Author, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), batch records, and technical summary documents in strict regulatory compliance.
- Train manufacturing operators and technicians on polymer chemistry processes, including column packing, testing, and equipment operation.
- Collaborate closely with R&D teams to ensure smooth process integration, scalability, and seamless manufacturability.
qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field, with a distinct focus on polymer chemistry.
- 3 years of experience in process development or manufacturing support within a chemical, polymer, or related industry.
- Deep understanding of polymer chemistry, chemical manufacturing equipment, and hands-on troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated experience handling technical documentation, including batch records and deviation investigations.
