responsibilities:
- Execute hands-on downstream cGMP manufacturing activities following strict procedures and automated recipes.
- Perform Clean-In-Place (CIP) and Steam-In-Place (SIP) protocols for production equipment.
- Handle buffer preparation, chemical transfers, and solution filtration.
- Operate, clean, and troubleshoot chromatography and filtration systems.
- Identify, report, and assist in the closure of process deviations.
qualifications:
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mandatory overtime and weekends, to support manufacturing demands.
- Physical capability to stand for 8-12 hours, lift up to 40 lbs, work in varying temperatures, and wear dedicated sterile gowning.
- Aptitude for learning moderately complex technical systems and working with hazardous materials.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- No visa sponsorship available (must be eligible to work without restriction).
- AS/BS/BA in a science-related field, biopharmaceutical major, or equivalent technical experience.
