responsibilities:
- Conduct biological, chemical, and physical analyses on raw materials, in-process samples, and final drug products.
- Execute analytical method transfers and drive the implementation of new laboratory methodologies.
- Support the investigation of nonconformances, troubleshoot unexpected results, and implement root-cause analyses.
- Perform rigorous review of test data ensuring compliance with Current Good Documentation Practices (cGDP).
- Draft and update Quality Control SOPs and support validation protocol deliverables.

Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biological Sciences, or a related scientific discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of related laboratory experience in a regulated environment.
- Proven experience within biotech, pharmaceutical, or similar GMP manufacturing quality operations.
- Strong working knowledge of FDA regulations, GLP, GMP, and cGDP.
- Hands-on experience with analytical equipment (e.g., HPLCs, plate readers) and wet/instrumental analysis.
- Experience utilizing LIMS or related computerized laboratory data systems.
- Demonstrated ability to write detailed laboratory investigation reports.
