responsibilities:
- Support and execute complex laboratory projects on time while managing competing demands.
- Troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex technical problems, applying advanced skills to diagnose issues and maintain project momentum.
- Suggest and implement laboratory process improvements to optimize overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, innovators, vendors, and senior management, communicating technical data clearly.
- Prepare and deliver technical reports and presentations to communicate research findings to diverse audiences.
qualifications:
Required:
- High School Diploma or Vocational Education.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Research and Development (R&D) environment or Engineering Laboratory.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical problems and work autonomously within established procedures.
- Strong digital literacy and data management skills.
- Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and technical writing.
- Background in product installation, equipment setup, and project management.
