responsibilities:
- Review executed client contracts to accurately establish pricing, rates, and billing logic.
- Perform system configuration and database management in Xifin (billing system) and Salesforce.
- Set up, configure, and maintain private and commercial payor profiles within internal databases.
- Support provider and laboratory enrollment and credentialing paperwork with payors.
- Troubleshoot system configuration discrepancies and perform data entry with extreme accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Revenue Cycle, Finance, Market Access) to resolve billing errors.
qualifications:
- Required Skills:
- Healthcare billing experience, specifically working directly with commercial/private payors (e.g., BCBS, Cigna).
- Direct experience in contract review and translating contract terms into database/pricing setups.
- Strong database management, system configuration, and data integrity skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong independent problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Preferred Skills:
- Salesforce CRM experience.
- Prior experience using Xifin billing system or exposure to clinical laboratory billing workflows.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or Finance.
