responsibilities:
- Perform routine and non-routine bioanalytical and physical testing to generate reliable, high-quality data.
- Utilize advanced bioanalytical methods and instruments, including HPLC (SEC, CEX, HIC, RP) and Empower software.
- Document all experimental workflows accurately within an Electronic Lab Notebook (eLN).
- Troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation and experimental procedures to maintain consistent results.
- Ensure strict adherence to cGMP regulations, safety policies, and GLP standards while maintaining lab upkeep.
qualifications:
Required:
- BS or MS in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biology, Molecular Biology, or a related scientific discipline.
- Core laboratory skills including pipetting, weighing, and solution preparation.
- Practical knowledge of bioanalytical methods, HPLC, and Empower software.
- Ability to work effectively in a GLP lab setting.
- Familiarity with force testing, spectroscopy (UV, IR, Fluorescence), or particle sizing techniques.
